Warranty Information for North America

XIAUDIO Taiwan (manufacturer) warrants genuine brand new products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase from an authorized dealer or agent. This is the manufacturer's warranty. This warranty is not transferrable to another.

You must have the original Proof of Purchase from an authorized dealer or agent and be the the original owner in order to claim any warranty.

The warranty covers only the cost to repair the device or included accessory. The warranty does not cover shipping, insurance, fees, duties, taxes, or loss or damage of any kind.  Use of faulty or improper ancillary equipment, lightning, overvoltage or undervoltage, abuse, or physical damage, is not covered under any warranty. Tampering with or any modification to the unit or included accessory by an unauthorized person resulting in the need of parts or service is not covered under any warranty.

JPS Labs LLC, parent company of ABYSS Headphones, will act as an authorized warranty service center only for those products sold and distributed by JPS Labs LLC, ABYSS Headphones, and their authorized dealers and distributors.. PLEASE CONTACT the dealer or agent from whom you purchased the product with any warranty issues, or contact JPS Labs LLC/ABYSS Headphones directly. You must obtain a Return Authorization (RA) prior to returning product for repair.

    NO OTHER WARRANTIES- JPS LABS LLC MAKES NO WARRANTIES RELATING TO XIAUDIO PRODUCTS OTHER THAN AS DESCRIBED ABOVE AND DISCLAIMS ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

    EXCLUSION OF CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES- JPS LABS LLC SHALL NOT, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, BE LIABLE TO PURCHASER, OR ANY OTHER PARTY, FOR CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SALE OR USE OF THE PRODUCT SOLD HEREUNDER.

    EXCLUSIVE REMEDY AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY- WHETHER IN AN ACTION BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE OR STRICT LIABILITY) OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, ANY LIABILITY OF JPS LABS LLC SHALL BE LIMITED TO REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF THE PRODUCT.
